Sagi Doron initiated and established the Diana Hotel in the lower city of Haifa.
At the beginning of the project, the building was intended to be a student dormitory. However, upon completion of the work, it was decided to convert it into an apartment hotel, which was established under the name Diana.
The Diana Hotel is located at 5 Bank Street and has operated as a hotel since its establishment, making it the largest apartment hotel in the area.
The building was established in the 1930s and was designated as a heritage building.
In 2014, the building was purchased, and after a planning process and obtaining the necessary permits, construction work began on site.
As part of the works at the site, the 2 upper floors were removed and another 4 new floors were built.
The building underwent a massive upgrade and strengthening against earthquakes.
All of the building's infrastructure was replaced and its interior design includes shared spaces that include an accessible paved roof with a spectacular view, a tenants' club and a laundry room inside the building.
The building has a fast and spacious elevator with access from the basement floor to the roof floor.
The apartments were architecturally designed, furnished and equipped with relatively high levels of finish for the area.
The building has a total of 6 floors (beyond the entrance floor and the basement), which includes 90 apartments of various sizes designed on a wide commercial facade.
