Projects of Urban renewal were carried out through a strengthening and construction company established by Sagi Doron and Shachar Raz in 2010.
The company "Strengthening and Construction" was established as an urban renewal company specializing in Tama 38 and evacuation-reconstruction projects. In its early days, the company focused on strengthening buildings in Ramat Gan and Ra'anana, and over the years, it has expanded into a wide range of projects and locations, with an emphasis on Tel Aviv.
Since 2013, Sagi Doron has left the company and continued to initiate projects independently.
Today, the strengthening and construction company, under the ownership of Shachar Raz, operates under the name "Contempo" and is in the midst of about 30 projects in Gush Dan with over 2,500 housing units and is considered one of the leaders in its field.
