The project is located at Rashi Street 30 , Tel Aviv.
A 6-story boutique building in the heart of the city of Tel Aviv, the building has been defined to a high level of finish that includes unique and designed finishing details.
In the building there is a semi-automatic, underground parking facility that optimally utilizes the constraints of the lot space.
The project ended in February 2014.
The Rashi 30 project was built and managed in the format of a purchasing group with Bank Hapoalim as a lending bank. The management of the project in front of all parties was by Sagi Doron and Shachar Raz
